The short version: we do not collect anything. Picotazo has no account, no login, and no server. Everything you enter stays in the app's storage on your own device. The camera is used only on your phone, and nothing it sees is recorded or sent anywhere. We cannot see your data, we cannot recover it, and we never receive it. There is nothing for us to sell, share, or hand over, because we never hold it.

Nothing. We operate no server, no database, and no analytics. The app makes no network requests to us or to any third party while you use it. We do not collect your name, email address, device identifier, IP address, advertising ID, location, crash reports, or usage statistics. No cookies, tracking pixels, SDKs, or advertising or analytics services. No third party receives information about you through this app.
Your training history — which sessions you completed, when, and which track, week and day they came from — your settings, and a record of which notices you accepted, when, and a fingerprint of the exact text you were shown. This never leaves your device.
Some features use your phone's camera to estimate your body position while you train. That estimate is calculated entirely on your phone, frame by frame, by a model that is built into the app. Camera images are never recorded, never saved, never uploaded, and never seen by us or by anyone else. Each frame is used for a fraction of a second and then discarded. The camera turns off when the session ends.
The app asks for camera permission through Android. You can refuse it, or withdraw it later in your phone's settings, and the training sessions will still work without it.
We ask for it once to confirm you are 18 or older. It is compared on your device and then discarded — not stored, not transmitted, not retained in any form. Only the outcome of the check is kept.
Your training history, and any body-position estimates made during a session, are information about your fitness. Because Picotazo never transmits or receives any of it, we do not collect, process, sell, or share consumer health data as those terms are used in state health-privacy laws, including Washington's My Health My Data Act and Nevada SB 370.
If you subscribe, the purchase is handled entirely by Google Play. We never see your payment card, billing address, or Google account. The app asks Play whether a subscription is active on the device and receives only a yes or no.
This policy and the Terms are hosted on the web. Opening one leaves the app and loads a page from our host, which — like any web server — receives your IP address as an ordinary part of serving the page. We do not use those records to build a profile, and they are not linked to anything inside the app.
We hold nothing, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete. Your data persists on your device until you remove it: Erase all data on this device in the app, or uninstall. There is no backup. If your device is lost or reset, your data is gone and we cannot restore it. Use Export my data in the app to keep your own copy.
Access, correction, deletion and portability are satisfied directly in the app, without asking us: export gives you everything as a file; erase removes all of it. We do not sell or share your information and never have — there is no opt-out to exercise because there is nothing to opt out of. We cannot respond to an access or deletion request about app data, because we have no copy to search, produce, or erase.
Picotazo is for adults 18 and older. Because we collect nothing, we hold no information about any child.
If we change this policy we will update the version and effective date above and publish the new version. Every published version is archived and never edited after publication. If a change is material we will ask you to review it in the app before continuing.
